What to Wear to Class

Dancers should come to class in dance wear that allows the teacher to see body lines in order to correct technique. Best options are a body suit or biking shorts and fitted top/tank. Other options are fitted shorts and t shirt or leggings. Dancers should avoid wearing baggy clothing, large or long skirts and pants. Highland dance shoes (gillies) should be worn at all classes and hair must be tied back in a pony tail, braid or with a headband/bobby pins.
